April 2026 Update
Level 2, Term 4 Ends
My classes are finished today, all assignments turned in, and the graduation we’ve all been working towards is the end of this week! The reality still hasn’t sunk in just yet, but I am very glad and thankful to have been buoyed through this program. It’s been the busiest (and most sleepless) 2 years of my life so far. Though my teachers say full-time ministry is no easier, pushing through it has made me far more capable overall, and I don’t plan on backing down now. A lot of my applications for the summer have not come to fruition; while I’ll keep looking for opportunities with children’s homes and similar projects, its becoming likely I will stay in Lubbock over the summer, preaching as an itinerant to save up for the final missions and youth classes come August. Arrangements for next year and hopefully the jump to Mongolia will begin soon as well. I’ll naturally have more time to apply to things starting next week, so May’s update should be on time and hopefully still have something to report.
Above is my senior sermon on Philippians 3:7-14. Research and prose have always been my favorite part of the process, but people’s hearts generally have to be won before their minds concede, and there are a lot of factors to that dance I’m still practicing. Making outlines that naturally flow into daily application will be my initial focus for improvement, as that leading step is hard to correct if flat-footed. My papers for this term are below; some have struggled to access them due to the manner of upload, so I’ll try to find an alternative method and combine my previous terms’ notes for easy access. Thank you all again, and hope to share more with you soon after this great milestone!

Thanks be to God for his choosing you, and for your saying, yes! We miss you here in Paston, Adam and our very very happy for you
